Professionalism
Every report is approved by a valuer licensed by the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers and prepared under the International Valuation Standards in force.
Transparency
The report states the basis of value, the valuation date, the method used, and the assumptions and limitations the opinion rests on. Any gap in the records is named and its effect explained.
Integrity
An independent professional opinion of value. The valuer has no interest in whether the transaction completes, or in which way the figure moves.
Confidentiality
Client and asset information is confidential and is never shared with third parties.
